MEET THE OWNERS OF THIS RESTAURANT!
The Mitchell, Indiana location of Chicago’s Pizza opened its doors in 2013. Shortly after the store opened, David Childers, son of Chicago’s Pizza franchise owner Dave Childers, graduated college, moved to Mitchell and began managing the restaurant. Since he started running the Mitchell location, David has gotten married, purchased a house and been raising his two children with his wife.
“Running a restaurant poses unique challenges,” said David. “You have to grow skills outside of your comfort zone. It can be stressful at times, but it is infinitely more rewarding. You get to develop relationships with your employees and customers. Success means creating opportunities for others, which is the most fulfilling aspect of this job.”
David, Dave and their entire staff take immense pride in their store. They bring a level of quality, service and value that is unparalleled in the pizza industry.
