MEET THE OWNERS OF THIS RESTAURANT!

The Winchester store is a collaborative effort between Ron Epple, Co-Founder of the Chicago’s franchise, as well as the Bogue and Tarter families of Winchester and Randolph County. The Bogues and Tarters are very proud of their hometown and excited to contribute to the strengthening and vitalization of its downtown.

After acquiring the Towne Square Cinema in downtown Winchester and the adjacent restaurant space, the families felt compelled to open a restaurant that would liven up the historic courthouse square and partner well with a movie theatre so families and couples alike could enjoy a fun night out.

“We have always felt the desire to help our community offer quality of life activities,” said Gabe. “We feel this is very important in the effort to retain families and youth in our communities.”

“Pizza is fun,” Matt added. “I think about all the times pizza has been a part of my life: Celebrating a big win or a birthday, ordering enough for friends or family to come over and watch a game, or just my kids saying, ‘Let’s get pizza and watch a movie tonight, Dad!’”

With its classic interior décor and historic location, Chicago’s in Winchester offers a charming and unique dining experience you’ll be sure to remember!
